Cancellation & Refund Policy

ADAN LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
  • However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.

📦 Product Not as Expected

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

🏷 Warranty Products

  • For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

💰 Refund Timeline

  • In case of any refunds approved by ADAN LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6–8 working days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
